Overview

The central district of Hamlet hugs the tidal riverbanks with fish processing sheds, crab trap storage yards, and weathered wooden docks. Pickup trucks with boat trailers line the boat ramps while commercial stone crab boats offload their daily catches. In gameplay terms, the district provides immediate access to light watercraft and rugged utility vehicles. The wooden boardwalks and packing houses offer tight, maze-like spaces for close-quarters skirmishes. In the real world, this district reflects the historic waterfront of Everglades City and Chokoloskee, where historic general stores and commercial fishing slips have survived over a century of coastal weather.
