Prior to the official commercial release of Grand Theft Auto VI, all coordinates, road alignments, district boundaries, point-of-interest placements, and spatial predictions presented on this map represent collaborative community speculation, trailer triangulation, and artistic interpretation (e.g., community mapping works by Yanis and other researchers).

We provide no guarantee of official accuracy or fidelity with the final retail video game. Information is provided strictly for entertainment, educational, and community research purposes.

4. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website for personal, non-commercial research and viewing. You agree not to:

• Deploy automated spiders, web scrapers, bots, or extraction crawlers to bulk harvest map tiles, markers, or server database assets without prior written consent.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise our server infrastructure or Cloudflare edge networks through denial-of-service attacks or malicious requests.
• Transmit, post, or distribute unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content through public marker submission channels or community drawers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the client-side tile decryption algorithms or security watermarks.

5. User Accounts & Discord Authentication

You may explore the map anonymously. To access advanced features—such as publishing community markers, editing wiki dossiers, participating in moderation votes, and tracking supporter rewards—you may authenticate using your Discord account via OAuth2.

By authenticating with Discord, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord credentials and for all actions performed under your account.
• Your use of Discord authentication must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or revoke access to account features or terminate user profiles that engage in abuse, vandalism, harassment, or violations of these Terms.

6. Supporter Vault, Virtual Tokens & Polar Transactions

To support the continuous development, server hosting, and community infrastructure of gta6map.xyz, users may voluntarily contribute through the Supporter Vault or acquire virtual token/coin bundles.

• Merchant of Record (Polar): All financial transactions, token bundle purchases, and supporter subscriptions are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our Merchant of Record. By initiating a purchase, you agree to Polar’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable tax and billing conditions.
• Nature of Virtual Tokens & Coins: Virtual tokens, coins, and supporter badges unlocked on gta6map.xyz represent limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable digital licenses for in-platform cosmetic and utility enhancements. Tokens and coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, fiat currency, or any external assets, and cannot be transferred, bartered, or sold outside the platform.
• Fulfillment & Refund Policy: Supporter tokens and digital perks are delivered to your account immediately upon automated confirmation from Polar. Due to the immediate delivery and consumable digital nature of these items, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory consumer protection statutes in your jurisdiction.

7. User-Generated Content & Real-Time Collaborative Contributions

Users may propose marker coordinates, submit wiki page edits, share screenshots, or submit comments. Collaborative submissions and page revisions are synchronized in real-time across our distributed cloud database infrastructure.

By submitting any content, marker, or text to gta6map.xyz, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, index, modify, and distribute your submission across the interactive map and wiki database.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that your submissions do not violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

8. Third-Party Advertising & Monetization

The service displays third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense banners and sponsored partner links) to offset the costs of server bandwidth, tile caching, domain upkeep, and cloud database infrastructure.

We do not endorse, sponsor, or assume liability for any products, services, or claims advertised by third-party advertisers. Your interactions and transactions with any advertiser found on this website are solely between you and that advertiser.
