Overview

Raul Bautista is a veteran bank robber based in Vice City and an older mentor figure to Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. Rockstar describes him as confident, charming and cunning, a professional who adapts, and warns that his recklessness raises the stakes with every score.

He is introduced in Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look, where Jason and Lucia pick him up while he is fleeing the police. After the escape he tells the pair to keep their phones on, signalling that they have joined his crew. Rockstar intended the character to embody Vice City and its local criminal culture.
